I may not be a salad lover but there are days when I just need a salad to keep me going. Here is my salad for the day.
1 cucumber – diced
1 tomato – chopped
1/2 cup boiled sweet corn kernel
3 large lettuce leaves. – roughly torn
1 tbsp Olive oil
1/2 tbsp apple cider veniger
1 tsp Soya Sauce
1/4th tsp garlic powder
Salt to taste
sugar (pinchful or to taste)
Place the cucumber,corn, tomato,& lettuce in a bowl. Take all the dressing ingredients in another & whisk. Pour it over & toss the salad.
